Positive: One of the biggest issues was one of the elevators was broken from the time we arrived at 2 o’clock Saturday till the following morning I had to walk four flights down in high heels; even though elevator that was said to be in operation was taking forever to get to the fourth floor, well in the meantime, my daughter was waiting downstairs in the Uber to get to the wedding, which we arrived to five minutes late. I had been assured when we arrived that the elevator was going to be fixed soon, but it still wasn’t working when we left the following day at 11 AM that should never happen. Secondly, the bathroom floor smelled like mildew. They must’ve cleaned with an old mop there wasn’t enough toilet paper. I had to use the Kleenex. There was only about one and a quarter rolls of toilet paper when I arrived they could’ve put an extra roll or two on one of the shelves in the bathroom. Leslie went to breakfast at 10 AM. They said they serve breakfast at 6 AM and 10 AM. The eggs were cold. The potatoes were like a strange overly spice lemony flavor. I was not the only one who said they were not good and it was difficult to peel the hard boiled eggs so that was a disappointment. However, the facilities in general were good. I liked the eating area that we had breakfast sat at the counter watched the morning news the front desk staff were very friendly very accommodating of the service people that were cleaning the rooms we’re friendly and the one lady actually helped me zip my dress on the way to the wedding because I couldn’t zip it up by myself and family members were not able to help me out with that. I appreciated the grounds where I was able to walk my dog and the handy doggy bags to pick up her poop. I did note that the indoorpool had green algae growing in it. Very uninviting, even though I was not planning to swim nor did I have time I can imagine the people that wanted to use it or probably disgusted. All in all the beds were very comfortable and the price fairly
Negative: Having an elevator that worked, food was cold at breakfast, cold, omelettes, and potatoes over seasoned they might wanna try steam Heating the eggs to hard boil them instead of boiling them in water or however, they prepared them. I have found personally that steam cooking eggs makes hard boiled eggs, so much easier to peel no egg white was. And finally as I mentioned in the previous section, whoever mopped the floor in the bathrooms needs to do a better job the floor smelled of mildew and I suspect it’s because after using the mops, they didn’t squeeze it out and hang it to dry properly. Thank you.

Positive: The beds were comfortable. The room very clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from.The location was great. Only 30 minutes to downtown Chicago. Nice restaurants for dinner were less than 10 minutes away.
